My conviction that we can deliver impact faster by investing in truly understanding our users (and our colleagues) is underscored by 10 years of success nailing impact ambitions exactly this way.
Like a catalyst, I aim to spark growth and set organizations up to perform at a higher level. My goal is always to empower teams to succeed without me.
I help companies grow by leveraging diverse experiences. Alongside my fixed roles within organizations, I like to serve as a part-time external advisor, providing support from an independent perspective.
A proud Tar Heel, I have lived on 4 continents. Since 2013, my family and I make our home in Zurich, Switzerland.
